Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using My TODO App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access or use the application.
2. Use of the Service
My TODO App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.
3. Data Storage (Local Storage)
My TODO App stores your tasks locally in your browser's Local Storage. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal task data on our servers. This means your data is only accessible on the device and browser you are using.
While local storage offers convenience, please be aware that clearing your browser's data, using a different browser, or using a different device will result in your tasks not being available.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kamil Wozniak or My TODO App be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
